👩🏻🍳Mango lassi with ripe mangoes and my beef bones soup with ripe banana, turnip cabbage and carrot. Sunday soup at home. Hubby and I enjoyed dinner with this. He ate with white rice, as usual, for me just soup and vegetables but the mango lassi make complete our dinner. Happy prepping everyone.
YOU NEED…….
FOR MANGO LASI:
1 big ripe Mango
500g 1% fat Yogurt
2tbsps Honey
200ml Water
FOR BEEF BONES SOUP:
300g Beef Bones with bit meat
8pieces small Carrots
6pieces Banana
1 Turnip Cabbage
some Scallions
2 Boiled Corn Cobs
some Leek
some Parsley Stem
1 Red Onion
Pepper Corns
Boiling Water for the soup
