👩‍🍳My homemade Shawarma as viand or wrap using flatbread with Tahini sauce. Prepared according to our preferences. With sliced tomato and pickled small cucumbers. Shawarma is a meat dish in Arabic cuisine that has spread beyond the Middle East to Europe and other parts of the world. It is mainly consumed in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine and Israel. This Recipe Yields for 6 Wraps or more but I made only 2 Wraps and the rest we ate it as viand served with rice.

YOU NEED…….

1Kg Beef meat

1 Lemon for Lemon Juice

60ml Olive Oil

Some Chili Flakes

Salt and Pepper to taste

2pieces Hge Tomatoes

3pieces Pickled Small Cucumbers

Tahini Sauce

FOR MARINATING:

half tbsp. Cumin, ground

half tbsp. Cardamom, ground

half tbsp. Caraway Seeds, ground

half tbsp. Dried Oregano

half tbsp. Cinnamon, gound

half tbsp. Nutmeg, ground

half tbsp. Paprika Powder

half tbsp. Sumac
