🇪🇺CHICKEN KEBAB – My SIMPLE VERSION AS VIAND

👩‍🍳Do you sometimes go out to eat a kebab or durum? I like to eat a kebab with rice every now and then. And this is my version as viand served with white rice and I ate with boiled potatoes and salad. Turkish cuisine is usually only associated with the classics, the Doner kebab and the kebab, although it can also boast many different specialities. Served with white rice for my hubby and for me I ate it with boiled potatoes and of course with Ayran drink.

YOU NEED…….

2pieces Chicken Breast

1 Onion

4tbsps Olive Oil

About 25g Doner Kebab Seasoning you could get it in Turkey Shop

FOR SALAD:

A handful pickled small CuCumbers from glass

300g Yogurt

3pieces Tomato

Half a head Green Salad or Lettuce

Salt and Pepper to taste
