👩‍🍳After a visit to my Physician, I decided to take a walk at the first District here in Vienna going back home. It’s already 8 pm but still, you can see the sun. Austria’s coronavirus lockdown, Under what circumstances can I leave my apartment? Under the rules, people will only be allowed to leave the house for the ‘necessary basic needs of life. Just like me today after work I had an appointment with my Doctor. 🇵🇭🇪🇺MANGO LASSI and My BEEF BONES SOUP with BANANA, TURNIP CABBAGE & CARROT

👩🏻‍🍳Mango lassi with ripe mangoes and my beef bones soup with ripe banana, turnip cabbage and carrot. Sunday soup at home. Hubby and I enjoyed dinner with this. He ate with white rice, as usual, for me just soup and vegetables but the mango lassi make complete our dinner. Happy prepping everyone.

YOU NEED…….

FOR MANGO LASI:

1 big ripe Mango

500g 1% fat Yogurt

2tbsps Honey

200ml Water

FOR BEEF BONES SOUP:

300g Beef Bones with bit meat

8pieces small Carrots

6pieces Banana

1 Turnip Cabbage

some Scallions

2 Boiled Corn Cobs

some Leek

some Parsley Stem

1 Red Onion

🌏DRIED NOODLES COOKED IN SALADMASTER SKILLET WITH LOTS OF VEGETABLES

👩‍🍳You’re in a hurry and you can’t cook for long, choose these dried noodles cooked in Saladmaster Skillet for just seven minutes with lots of vegetables such as carrot, cabbage, scallions, wide green beans, bok choi, leftover from yesterday’s meat my homemade Shawarma seasoned with just Oyster sauce. You can adjust the taste with salt and pepper if needed. Trying something is always exciting for me. Another creation from my kitchen.

YOU NEED…….

250g Dried Noodles

a bunch of Bok Choi

150g Wide Green Beans

half a head Cabbage

2pieces Carrots

Scallions

3tbsps, Oyster Sauce

half a Liter boiling water to mix the Oyster Sauce

To adjust the taste use Salt and Pepper

👩‍🍳My homemade Shawarma as viand or wrap using flatbread with Tahini sauce. Prepared according to our preferences. With sliced tomato and pickled small cucumbers. Shawarma is a meat dish in Arabic cuisine that has spread beyond the Middle East to Europe and other parts of the world. It is mainly consumed in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine and Israel. This Recipe Yields for 6 Wraps or more but I made only 2 Wraps and the rest we ate it as viand served with rice.
