🇮🇳TIKKA-MASALA-SKEWERS

👩‍🍳Today the full pampering program is on the plan because there is truly something for all the senses. The deliciously marinated skewers with paneer, bell pepper and onions are not only a feast for the eyes, but they also tickle the taste buds. The creamy tomato sauce with Tikka Masala spice and yoghurt is pure aromatherapy, and the Baguette bread for dipping is best eaten with your fingers. Pure enjoyment!

RECIPE YIELDS FOR TWO PERSONS:

YOU NEED…….

125g Yogurt

60g Tikka Masala Paste

200g Paneer Cheese

1 Green Bell Pepper

1 Red Onion, Big

4pieces Wooden Skewers

1piece Garlic

2pieces Baguette

400g Sieved Tomatoes

1tbsp Linseed Oil

Salt and Pepper

You can add Sugar too if you think Tomatoes is sour for you, optional
