🇪🇺LUNCH: GNOCCHI POT with THYME MUSHROOMS and CARROT🥕 APPLE🍏 GINGER SMOOTHIE

👩🏻‍🍳Such a quick and delicious recipe with gnocchi and warming flavors is just the thing after a long day! Fried mushrooms and garlic, crispy walnuts and fresh thyme are at the heart of this recipe. In addition, a handful of arugula for the additional portion of greens and flavor as well as a few squirts of freshly squeezed lemon juice for the immune system and good mood!

This Recipe Yields for 2 Persons.

YOU NEED…….

A pack of Walnuts

1 clove Garlic

5g Thyme

250g Brown Champignons

500g Gnocchi

2 pieces Hard Cheese

2tbsps Soy Sauce

1 Lemon

A handful Arugula

1tbsp Linseed Oil

FOR SMOOTHIE:

2 Green Apples

1 Carrot

Thumb-sized Ginger

2 cups Soy Milk
