🇦🇹EXPERIENCE LAXENBURG PALACE PARK/ ERLEBEN SCHLOSSPARK LAXENBURG PART 1 and 2

👩‍🍳Relaxation in a quiet natural oasis. I have visited the Laxenburg Palace Park several times and I always find new places where you can stay for a while and relax. Except for some icy spots it was very nice to walk, no fall, no-slip, so far it was well spread. Nevertheless, running in this park is better to be enjoyed with caution in winter when the temperature is below zero. Nature and culture at a glance in the history of the imperial family. It’s worth it all year round. Beautiful and worth seeing! A very spacious, beautiful and idyllic park with several highlights. To a large extent, the park looks very natural. You can take a long stroll through the forest. All in all, I can only recommend this park, both in winter and in summer.

🇵🇭ANCHOVIES in SPICED “SINAMAK” & MACKEREL in VINEGAR with BITTER MELON & OKRA

👩‍🍳”SINAMAK” is a spiced vinegar version from Iloilo. Made out of zest from different spices such as ginger, chili, garlic and others are adding onion and peppercorns soak in vinegar. I cooked the anchovies in Sinamak adding black olives and haft a cup of olive oil. Mackerel is just pinaksiw with okra and bitter melon. Hope you like it. Thank you for dropping by.

👩🏻‍🍳A simple viand for today’s lunch small boiled potatoes covered with ground meat turned into meatballs with tomato sauce and baby bok choi served with rice. I ate with my red rice. Hope you like today’s viand. Happy prepping and Guten appetite!

1kg Ground Meat, I used mix of beef and pork

8pieces small Potaoes

a bunch of baby Bok Choi

390g Peeled Tomatoes

2tbsps. Tomato Paste

1/2 cup of Water

1 Onion

4 cloves Garlic

2tbsps Dried Oregano

10g Ras el Hanout Spices

1 Egg

🇪🇺CUCUMBER-MINT SOUP and RYE BREAD with FRESH GOAT CHEESE

👩‍🍳The secret ingredient: mint leaves, which are processed into a hearty soup together with the fresh vegetables, including zucchini and potatoes. There are also slices of rye bread with goat cheese and caramelized shallots. Yum! Give a try and I hope you like it.

🇪🇺FOSSIL PASTA with GROUND MEAT-TOMATO SAUCE

Here’s a pasta recipe where the only cooking involved is boiling. You’ll have to adjust the number of ingredients depending on how many persons you intend to feed. I only cooked a small batch today. It is just a matter of sauteeing the ground meat with garlic and tomato paste seasoned with salt and pepper using olive oil then add the tomato sauce and chopped parsley. Quick, easy but yummy recipe of the day.

YOU NEED…….

250g Fossil Pasta

300g Ground Meat, Beef or Pork

250g Tomato Sauce

3tbsps Tomato Paste

4 cloves Garlic, minced

1 bunch of Parsley, chopped

2tbsps Sugar

2tbsps Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

🇵🇭CRISPY CHICKEN ADOBO + TURON with NUTS-NOUGAT CREAM

👩🏻‍🍳The idea came when my daughter asked me to cook crispy chicken similar to what KFC and JOLLIBEE but she wanted the taste or the aroma of my adobo version. So I come up to marinate it first then fry. To make it crispy I used buttermilk with cayenne pepper and flour for the breading and then deep fry. It really turns out good the way she wanted it. Hubby says I could have a restaurant in the Philippines for all these recipes I have on Youtube. About Turon, I have this recipe with Nutella, this time I added nuts nougat cream instead. But that’s another story. I hope you like today’s recipe.

Crispy chicken adobo

YOU NEED…….

Recipe Yields 6 Persons:

2 and half kg Chicken Thighs mixture of thighs (lower Part) and wings

1 Liter Butter Milk

1tbsp Cayenne Pepper

Flour for breading

some Vegetable Oil for deep frying

haft a cup of dark Soy Sauce

1 Whole head Garlic, minced

4pieces Bay Leaves

3tbsps Brown Sugar

3/4 cup Of Apple Vinegar, you can use any vinegar you have
