🇹🇭THAI NOODLES INFUSED with VEGETABLES and GINGER-CABBAGE-CARROT-ORANGE SMOOTHIE

A great dish from Thailand is fried noodles with scampi. With this recipe, you bring a delicious variety to your plate. This is a bit spicy, infused with lots of vegetable such as broccoli, carrot, cabbage, and snow peas. Sauteed onion, ginger and garlic. The best thing with mung bean is gluten-free. This makes all perfect the fusion today with my ginger, cabbage, carrot, orange and Soy milk.

YOU NEED…….

250g Mung Bean Noodles

1 Whole head Broccoli

2pieces Carrot

150g Snow Peas

1/4 Head white Cabbage

1 Onion

A thumb-sized Ginger

4 cloves Garlic

2tsps Chili Flakes

Salt and Pepper

300ml Vegetable Broth

4tbsps Light Soy sauce

1tbsp Tamarind

4tbsps Olive Oil

100g Shrimps, Optional just for my hubby

FOR SMOOTHIE: YIELDS FOR 2 PERSONS

1cup Soya Milk

3pieces Orange

1/4 Head of White Cabbage

3pieces Carrot

Ginger, about 2 thumb-sized
