👩🏻🍳One of Filipino comfort food that we as a family we absolutely love at home especially back to the Philippines. My late mother used to cook this on the rainy season. We don’t buy malunggay or Moringa by that time because she gets it from her urban garden which is far away from our house in Mandaluyong before. I think that was the late 70’s. The reason why I love green leafy vegetables which I learned from my late mother. I miss her so much.
Shellfish like clams is rich in protein and omega 3-fatty acids. I always eat in moderation, but they say it can lower cholesterol accumulation too.

1 Chayote
a bunch of Malunggay (Moringa)
a thumb-sized Ginger
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Red Onion
2tbsp Linseed Oil
some Water for cooking
