
So what is this all about? It is a Japanese dish. They said “Okonomi” means “taste, to like”, in the sense of “what you want”, and “Yaki” means “fried” or “grilled”. In Japan, they use to cook it traditionally at the table on a hot iron plate with the help of a spatula. Since I don’t have that iron plate at home, I used pan. Today’s breakfast at home is something Japanese, vegan and simple. I love this.

1%4 head of White Cabbage
2 Eggs
100ml Milk
a thumb-sized Ginger
1 Stem Leek
3/4 cup Flour
100ml Water
2tsp salt and Pepper, mix
