🇦🇹MY BUTTERMILK CHICKEN SANDWICH

when your daughter came back home brought some of her University buddies and so hungry🤤 di in my freezer on what to cook for them. Thanks God I’m a providently person. and …Voila! A very juicy and easy buttermilk chicken sandwich served with oven potato and salad. Coated in buttermilk and seasoned flour with thyme, it produces a juicy and tasty fried chicken thighs fillet with a crispy, crunchy coating. With mayo-garlic-pepper sauce makes it so perfect for this sandwich.

My Buttermilk chicken sandwich

YOU NEED…….

4pieces Chicken Thighs Fillet

250ml ButterMilk

1tbsp Cayennepepper

Salt and Pepper

2 cups of Flour

2tbsps Thyme

some Vegetable Oil for deep frying

Buns

6pieces small Potatoes

Olive Oil

FOR SALAD:

2pieces Romaine Lettuce

1 Apple

1/4 head White Cabbage

1/4head Red cabbage

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

FOR SAUCE: Just mix Mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
