👩🍳Mongolian beef is a dish served in Chinese restaurants and is made from sliced beef, typically a flank steak, usually made from onions. I used strip loin steak added carrot, scallions and bell pepper. For the sauce soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Served with white rice.
600g Beef meat, I used strip loin steak
1 Red Bell pepper, Julienne
1 Carrot, Julienne
60g Soy Sauce
a thumb-sized Ginger
4 cloves Garlic
Any Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
You can adjust the taste if needed with Salt
some Sesame seeds for garnishing, optional I don’t add.
