600g Beef meat, I used strip loin steak

1 Red Bell pepper, Julienne

1 Carrot, Julienne

2pieces Scallions

60g Soy Sauce

a thumb-sized Ginger

4 cloves Garlic

Any Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil

some Cornstarch

You can adjust the taste if needed with Salt

some Sesame seeds for garnishing, optional I don’t add.
