👩‍🍳Pork belly is the term used to refer to the parts of the rear, lower chest of the domestic pigs that are well-grown with fat and ribbed. A recipe for meat tigers and lovers of hearty dishes. With little effort and ingredients, this belly meat is ready in just time. Another experiment and creation directly from my kitchen for you to try. The recipe can be served warm or cold. My crispy pork belly in sour cream

YOU NEED…….

500g Pork Belly with bones is ok

1 red onion

250g Sour cream

some Cloves

2pieces Bay leaf

some Pepper Corns

some Water for boiling the meat

some Vegetable Oil

2tbsps Olive oIl

minced Garlic

minced Ginger

Scallions

2 tbsps. Lime Juice

1 Chili, spicy but optional
