👩‍🍳If Italian cuisine didn’t exist, it would have to be invented. How lucky am I that someone has already done something for us! Among the numerous delicacies that it has produced, I adore some particularly, such as baked gnocchi and chicken in a cheese coating that is exactly what I have combined in one dish today. With fruity tomatoes, basil and spicy rocket or arugula salad. Not a light, but delicious!

Chicken gnocchi with mozzarella and arugula salad


500g Gnocchi

1pack Mozarella Cheese

1can Tomato, chopped

Pinch of dried Oregano

Pinch Thyme

10g Fresh Basil Leaves

2pieces minced Garlic

2pieces Chicken Thighs Fillet

1pack Bread Crumbs

1pack Arugula

1 Egg

3/4 cup Coconut Flour

1tsp Sugar

1tbsp Vinegar

1tbsp Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Vegetable Oil for frying
