5oog Beef Shanks
1 cup of Normal Rice
1 cup of Glutinous Rice
Scallions
1/3 cup of Toasted Onions
1 Oinion
1tbsp minced Garlic
2tbsps. Olive Oil
more than a thumb-sized Ginger
sliced Lemon or Calamansi (optional)
Water for cooking meat and bones
