👩‍🍳WÜRSTSILOG = Würst- Is a german word meaning “Sausage” Si- is from Tagalog word an abbreviation meaning “Sinangag” in English, “Fried Rice”. Log- is also from Tagalog word also an abbreviation which means “Itlog” or in English “Egg”. So that’s all about. Sausage, fried rice and egg. Served with my homemade kimchi, sliced tomato and cucumber. A typical Filipino breakfast always with fried rice and for me it is heavy. I have my oats with fruits since I bought 10 kilogram oats and 10 liters Soya milk without sugar last Saturday for me.

YOU NEED…….

Fried rice of your preference, here I just made out of what on hand at home cold cooked rice, green bell pepper and green peas. Then I have two different kinds of sausages the huge one is with garlic cheese and the small ones with normal cheese. Also served with my homemade kimchi, sliced tomato and cucumber. That’s all breakfast at home today December 2, 2020.
