Sometimes traditional, sometimes experimental – it’s all in the mix. This recipe maybe for others it is so light but for those who are taking care of intake of low carb and low gluten, this is for you fir and healthy.

Poached Salmon in tomato sauce


2 sliced Salmon

1tbsp. Tomato Paste

2pieces minced Garlic

1pc. Scallions

250g Cherry Tomatoes

1pc. Parsnips

1 head Celery bulb

1tbsp. Linseed Oil

some Butter

1tbsp. Vegetable Broth Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste
