CHICKEN PLATE a la SCANDINAVIAN

Today we have tender chicken with creamy turnip cabbage or Kohlrabi in german and leek vegetable plus boiled potatoes that are refined with dill. 500g Potatoes 🥔

2pieces Turnip Cabbage

1 Stem Leek

10g Dill

2Pack Dried Cranberries

1 cup Cream Fraiche

2pieces Chicken breast fillet

2tbsps Butter 🧈

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper
