CHICKEN THIGHS BULGOGI and SAUTÉED ZUCCHINI

For a change here I cooked bulgogi using chicken thighs fillet for more protein. And sautéed zucchini for our side dish served with rice, and red cabbage salad. A sort of DAK-Bulgogi without adding soy sauce. Just the ginger-garlic paste and BBQ marinade which I bought from Korean shop here in Vienna. Bulgogi is a meat dish in Korean cuisine. In Korea, it is considered a holiday dish.

Chicken thighs bulgogi

YOU NEED…….

500g Chicken thighs

KOREAN BBQ marinade

2tbsps Ginger-Garlic paste

2tbsps Sesame seeds oil

2pieces Zucchini

Some Salt 🧂

2tsps Minced Garlic 🧄

Some Vegetable Oil
