CHÈVRE CHAUD with My HOMEMADE HONEY DRESSING-FRENCH SALAD

👩‍🍳Chèvre Chaud is a French dish made from Chèvre cheese or warm goat’s milk cheese baked and topped on a salad and served hot of course. It is usually made by roasting the Chèvre cheese on French bread and is often served with a green salad, accompanied by vinaigrette, olive oil or balsamic vinegar. This one is with my homemade honey dressing and baguette plus loose lettuce salad, topped with walnuts.

What is “Sweet Love Syrup?” Oligofructose from the “Sweet Love Root” chicory. The chicory root “chicory” is the main component of this golden syrup.Closely related to sugar beet, which converts the energy of sunlight into sugar, chicory stores it in fiber. The oligofructose extracted from the inulin that comes from the chicory root. This is a water-soluble fiber and therefore an important nutrient for our intestinal flora. Fiber has the effect of slowing the rate of nutrient absorption. Therefore, the blood sugar level rises less quickly. This in turn helps reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.
