π©βπ³The zucchini chutney tastes great with meat dishes or simply with pasta. A sauce recipe with a kick. Here I cooked spelt spaghetti and my homemade zucchini chutney as a sauce. Chutneys are sweet and sour sauces and come from India. The savory variant is served with briefly fried meat, fish or grilled food. The vegetables are pureed cold or boiled down. The chutney recipe will keep for several days in mason jars.

Some Chili πΆ flakes
400ml Vinegar
100g Brown Sugar
2tbsps Tomato π Paste
Salt π§ and Pepper
A pinch of Thyme, I used dried thyme
