For a change here I cooked bulgogi using chicken thighs fillet for more protein. And sautéed zucchini for our side dish served with rice, and red cabbage salad. A sort of DAK-Bulgogi without adding soy sauce. Just the ginger-garlic paste and BBQ marinade which I bought from Korean shop here in Vienna. Bulgogi is a meat dish in Korean cuisine. In Korea, it is considered a holiday dish.

We went to ENGELHARTSTETTEN in Nietherösterreich, to visit Brownie our doggy who lives by my friend Luz. It‘s been a while since I brought my doggy to Luz. I think it is four years ago. We miss this doggy so much. He always sleeps with hubby he likes to be close to him. Can sleep well around hubby. Where ever hubby goes around he follows him. I remember the time he‘s still a baby dog he always sleeps on hubby’s lap especially by watching tv. He loves belly rubs simply because he feels good. Now he‘s seven years of age the third son of our dogs Riyad and Riyana. The trust he gives to us is an indication of his deep love for us. Thank you so much ate Luz for taking care of Brownie. We will miss this doggy always.
The crispy chicken recipe is for those who long for something down-to-earth and traditional. The recipe is quick to prepare and has a wonderful taste adding thyme in it. In this delicious recipe, the meat is first seasoned with fresh ground pepper and salt and then breaded with lots of thyme and deep-fried-this is how crispy chicken thighs fillet turn out. Served with a green salad, red cabbage salad and with garlic-pepper-mayonnaise sauce. Have to try folks and let me know if you like it too. My family enjoyed it. It was fun prepping this crispy chicken fillet sandwich while the family patiently waiting😁

The green beans with potatoes and sausage recipe is a classic when things have to go fast. Also good tastes good to little ones! A great side dish or main course. But today it is our breakfast. The combination of potatoes, green beans, onions, and sausages is perfect. Sausages can be replaced with another sausage that you prefer and you can also add any other ingredients varied and good.

But I did not serve with any side dish at all like french fries, steak fries or potato wedges. So what is this all about? 👩🍳The dish appears as far as Asia in the Philippines with adjustments to local food staples. Here I have horse mackerel, bell peppers, carrot, ginger, onion, and lots of garlic. Being a big fan of garlic I added almost a whole head. Escabeche is a traditional dish of Iberian, South American and North African cuisine. Fish is turned in flour and fried in oil, marinated in a marinade of oil, vinegar, water, onion, garlic, bay leaf, carrots, paprika and spices and pickled for at least 24 hours.
