SHAKSHUKA with POACHED EGG

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³My version of Shakshuka or Schakschuka, a speciality of North African and Israeli cuisine. The dish is made from poached eggs in a tomato, chili and onion sauce. A fantastic dish for a substantial brunch. The last part of this video I cook some penne pasta for the leftover serves as a sauce and believe me it goes perfectly with pasta too.
