π©βπ³My version of Shakshuka or Schakschuka, a speciality of North African and Israeli cuisine. The dish is made from poached eggs in a tomato, chili and onion sauce. A fantastic dish for a substantial brunch. The last part of this video I cook some penne pasta for the leftover serves as a sauce and believe me it goes perfectly with pasta too.

YOU NEED…….
400g Tomato π
Some Salt π§
1tsp Coriander
1tsp Caraway Seeds Powder
2pieces Cinnamon Stick
1tsp Chili πΆ flakes
2tbsps Paprika Powder
2tbsps Brown Sugar
2 Bell Pepper
1 Onion π§
2tbsps Tomato π Paste
A handful chopped Parsley
5pcs Eggs π₯
Some Bread of your choice
FOR PASTA JUST COOK PASTA OF YOUR CHOICE & ADD TO THE SHAKSHUKA topped with Grana Padano parmesan cheese.
