Pak Choi is not yet well known in Austrian kitchens, but is increasingly becoming popular. In terms of consistency the vegetables are similar to the well-known Chinese cabbage comes from asian country particularly from China and Korea. There is also a mini version the baby Pak Choi. Ingredients for four Persons


500g Spaghetti

500g Minced Beef

a bunch of Pak Choi

1 Onion πŸ§…

5 cloves Garlic πŸ§„

3cm Ginger

some Chili 🌢 flakes

3tbsps Rapeseed Oil

2tbsp Oyster πŸ¦ͺ Sauce

200ml Vegetable broth
