PAK CHOI et PASTA

Pak Choi is not yet well known in Austrian kitchens, but is increasingly becoming popular. In terms of consistency the vegetables are similar to the well-known Chinese cabbage comes from asian country particularly from China and Korea. There is also a mini version the baby Pak Choi. It has smaller heads with slightly mustard like taste. Good for soup ingredients.

This vegetables can be prepared in a variety ways such as salad, in stews or soup, or simply fried in a wok. It can be served raw, steamed or cooked. Pak Choi contains a lot of potassium, calcium, vitamin C, B as well as mustard oils. The vegetable is said to have an antibiotic germicidal effect. Ingredients for four Persons

YOU NEED…….

500g Spaghetti

500g Minced Beef

a bunch of Pak Choi

1 Onion πŸ§…

5 cloves Garlic πŸ§„

3cm Ginger

some Chili 🌢 flakes

3tbsps Rapeseed Oil

2tbsp Oyster πŸ¦ͺ Sauce

200ml Vegetable broth
