Nevertheless, caution is required when collecting and cooking the tasty forest fruits, because some types of mushrooms are poisonous. The best-known representatives are certainly the small yellow mushrooms or the delicious tasting men’s mushrooms. Mushroom recipes are usually low in calories and rich in minerals. Here is the recipe of hubby’s forest mushrooms from yesterday’s hiking. Brown rice with wild mushrooms tastes great as a side dish or a vegetarian main course.

1 Cup of Brown rice
about 200g Forest mushrooms
2tbsp Corn oil
Water for rice to cook
1pc Onion π§
150g Green Beans
250g Whipped cream
handful chopped Parsley
1pc Beef broth cube
some Salt and Pepper to adjust the taste
