👩‍🍳In addition to salsa Cruda and salsa verde, guacamole is the third known dip sauce. In its simplest form, it is nothing more than avocado puree, but everyone has their own ideas of how pureed avocado tastes best. If you make guacamole, please a large portion: it is delicious that only a few spoons torture the connoisseur rather than satisfy. The corn chips served are barely enough for four people. Not even for the two of us as you could see we had lots of rest from Tortilla chips. I did not add chili because my hubby is not a fan of spicy.
