„INUTAK“ A FILIPINO RICE CAKE COOKED in SWEETENED COCONUT 🥥 MILK 🥛

“Inutak” is a Filipino rice cake cooked in sweetened coconut milk. Originated from Pateros, Philippines. The word “Inutak” came from Tagalog root word “Utak” which means “Brain”. Maybe because it has the same consistency just like brain could be the reason how it got its name. Served with red Ribes ice cream. Happy Prepping and Guten Appetit!
