👩🍳Meal prepping in my kitchen with wide beans and chili goes with beef meat cooked in coconut milk and sea bream. This fish bream is called “Usata or Oblada Melanura” fresh from fish shop. A recipe for fish fans! The gilthead is a very delicate edible fish that must not be missing in any kitchen. YOU NEED…….
200 g Wide Beans
150g Beaf meat
3tbsps any Vegetable oil
1pc Onion 🧅
4cloves Garlic 🧄
10g Turmeric
100g Chili, Green not spicy
400ml Cooconut milk
FOR SEA BREAM:
2pieces Sea bream
1pc Lemon 🍋 for juice
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
6tbsps Vegetable Oil for fish frying
a pinch of Thyme
4cloves Garlic 🧄
10g Chive
3 sprigs of Rosemary
