👩🍳Quesadillas are particularly easy to produce, very inexpensive, surprisingly filling and tasty. They only consist of tortillas with a melted cheese filling. Preferably mozzarella, cheddar and today I used gouda cheese. Hot dog that got in here is product from Philippines. It belong to national dishes from Central America like partly in Mexico. I said partly because this country lies mainly in North America proper and part of Mexico must be included in Central America.

Worlds of food explains what the Frankfurter and Vienna sausages are all about and which came first. A frankfurter is a thin boiled sausage made from pure pork. But the muslim made frankfurter out of beef meat. And this usually we can get from Turkey shop also the flatbread. In contrast to the Frankfurter sausages, Vienna sausage consists of pork and beef. 👩🍳The traditional SOPAS in the Philippines it’s a soup made with pasta, meat, vegetables and milk. Every Filipino child most likely has been exposed to chicken SOPAS. But mine is something recreation from my mother’s SOPAS. Spiral pasta, and cabbage is the main and the vegetable broth not the SOPAS you know from Philippines with milk. Added the last hotdog which was leftover from today’s brekky, ground pork meat, chicken breast fillet, carrot and cilantro that makes the soup taste better. Served with flatbread. Have a try with this version and tell me. Happy Prepping and Guten Appetit!

„Eating as Medicine“ 👩🍳Malabar spinach is an edible vine that has a thick, crunchy texture and lemon-peppery flavor. Vine spinach or Alugbati to us Filipinos. As I’m always mentioning I love green leafy vegetables, and this is one among them. Alugbati can be added in any other vegetables like here I got okra, bitter gourd, eggplant, string beans or Sitaw in Tagalog and sponge gourd plus small shrimp seasoned with just fish sauce. As simple as that a healthy eating to maintain health, feel good, and have energy. 👩🍳Thank you so much for dropping by, please don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more Recipes around the Globe and Eating as Medicine on my YOUTUBE CHANNEL.

👩🍳SWEET & SOUR—This term is used to describe dishes that have a flavor balanced between sweet and pungent, usually accomplished by combining sugar and vinegar. The flavor is often incorporated into a sauce or dressing that can be served with meat, fish or vegetables. The Chinese are famous for their sweet-and-sour specialties and the Germans are noted for their delicious sweet-and-sour cabbage dishes. So I can say this is a combination of German-Chinese effect! As everybody knows, I’m living in German speaking country. It does in fact originate from China, and is now also used in some American and European cuisines.
