Polardorsch in german, Polar cod is flavorful fish with lean protein, vitamins and minerals. But lower in omega-3s than fatty fish. It contains less mercury than some seafood and can be prepared in multiple ways. Here with tomato-dill sauce, for vegetable sweet potato and because we are Asian served with plain rice. This is Saturday meal prepping for family.

The soup seasoning is made of: carrot, celery, salt, parsley, leek, scallions, parsnips, parsley root, and sunflower oil. I‘m using it not only for soup but also for vegetable cooking.
