In general mussels are considered very healthy. They contain nutrients such as zinc, protein, omega-3, fatty acids and various vitamins. In addition the seafood provides large amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron. Why not to eat? I love mussels cooked with lots of vegetables just like this. Meal prepping for two, hubby and I.

1kg Mussels

a bunch of Pak Choi

half a Head Chinese Cabbge (China Kohl)

Vegetable broth

Salt to taste

Carrot

Ginger

Onion

some Pepper Corns
