Brown rice, boiled egg and poached mackerel

YOU NEED…….

300g Brown Rice

2 Mackerel

4pcs Egg

4pcs Bay Leaves

1 Cup Water

3tbsps Linseed oil

4 cloves Garlic

10g Ginger

1pc Tomato

4tbsps Tomato Puree

1tsp Mustard

1tsp Curry powder

1tsp Chili flakes

3pcs Scallions

some Salt to taste

haf a Lemon juice

FOR SAUCE OR DIP…….

a cupboard 1%fat Yogurt

some chopped Parsley

some Salt

1tsp Coriander powder
