This kale soup is a particularly popular soup in winter. A recipe from grand mother’s kitchen. Kale is low in calories, filled with fiber and packed with minerals. Help lower blood pressure and strengthen our bones. While peas are legume naturally high in protein. Good vegan source of iron too.

Kale and peas soup


250g Kale

1pc Onion

4 cloves Garlic

2tbsp Olive oil

250g Peas, fresh or frozen

half a liter Vegetable broth

some Chili flakes

some Salt
