Today, a light meal is waiting to spoil you with culinary delights. Brown rice is a side dish. The cool parsley yogurt with mustard is also quickly prepared, and it goes perfectly with the tender, protein-rich turkey breast that you skillfully use on green and healthy zucchini-peas vegetables. Enjoy!
I remember my father says; „Adding of noodles to sardines might have been born from the frugal efforts of a homemaker to extend the viand and further the number it will serve.“ Sardines is an affordable protein source in the Philippines where I came from and by adding misua or rice vermicelli plus broth, this extends the whole thing. My daughter like it but my son not.
Tatsoi is a close relative of Pak Choi, Chinese cabbage as well as the turnip. Because of the rosette-like arrangement of the leaves, it was also called Rosetten-Pak-Choi or Rosetten-Bok-Choi. In German it is also called leaf mustard because of its fine mustard note. I added to my Pancit Canton with snow peas, carrot and tofu, was a sort of experiment which turned out good. No meat at all seasoned with oyster and soy sauce. Thanks for dropping by and please subscribe to my YouTube channel.

Plenty of vegetables ideal for a healthy meal or diet. Although fiber is a carbohydrate, it is largely indigestible. A distinction is made between the insoluble fibers, which come mainly from whole grain products, and the soluble fibers from vegetables, fruits and legumes. Both of which are important however, for the sake of the intestines one should not overuse them. And not abruptly change much.
This is just to give an idea to others but it does not mean it is the best recipe ever. People differ from flavor and taste. Also in ways how they prepare and cook food. This is my version according to my family inclination. A pan roasted garlic mushroom with potatoes served with trout and salad.
Word has now spread that tomatoes and products made from them, such as tomato paste, are healthy, the reason is lycopene, an antioxidant carotenoid that not only protects the cardiovascular system. This recipe is also good for diabetic and fatty liver.
Try to make your own Spanish style sardines using any fish according to your preference. Here I use fresh mackerel, super easy recipe without using pressure cooker. Just slow cooking covered with enough oil. Just to reduce the oil and get fish meat and bones to become tender without breaking into pieces.
