150g Lentils from can

some Chili flakes

40g Ginger

4 cloves Garlic

1pc Red Onion

250g Brussels sprouts

2pcs Cinnamon stick

2tbsp Sesame seeds

5tbsp Olive oil

1liter Vegetable broth

half a Head Red Cabbage

2tbsp Balsamic vinegar

some Salt and Pepper
