My first time to try this recipe which turned out good eventhough it differs from original recipe originated from France to be exact in Burgundy. A beef stew braised in red wine. I added the usual bacon similar to so called breakfast bacon, without bouquet garni just chopped parsley.

YOU NEED…….
1kg Beef meat
300g Bacon
1glass Pearl Onion
300g Mushrooms (Champignons)
5pcs Carrots
1 big Onion
6 cloves Garlic
some Olive oil
half a liter Burgundy red wine
some Flour
some chopped Parsley
3tbsps Tomatoe Paste
some Bay Leaves
