Our brekky today „ Champorado and Danggit“ or Cocoa-Glutinous Rice Porridge served with fried Rabbitfish from Cebu, Philippines. While Cocoa brought by my niece from Bao, Camaris Sur, Philippines. I added Erythritol sugar substitute also Soy-Vanilla Milk. Erythritol is an organic sweet a chemical compound sugar alcohol no calorie and does not affect blood sugar which is good for diabetic like me.

YOU NEED…….
2cups of Glutinous Rice
3tbsps Cocoa
4tbsp Erythritol
some water for cooking Glutinous Rice
1/2Liter Soy-Vanilla Milk
Rabbitfish or Danggit
some Vegetable Oil for frying Fish
Note: about Erythritol you can adjust according to your preference if you like it more sweet
