Moroccan beef burger with onion gravy and fresh potato wedges, meal prep of yesterday’s linner. Something different as usual burger with lots of cheese.🤣 As you could see my family love burgers, with good burger, and wedges should not be missing! Recipe yields for four persons. My homemade fish balls, crispy deep fried in vegetable oil. I used mackerel 5.99€ per kilo at Turkey Shop near us. If you are a die hard fish lover just like me, aside from green leafy vegetables. This recipe is for you. Mackerel is a fleshy fish which is also good for making fish balls. The well known street food is in my kitchen today. Have a try with this recipe.
