🇪🇺CARROT 🥕 POTATO 🥔 LENTILS-SOUP

Staying hydrated in the winter time is important. Eating soup increases your fluid intake. I always see to it that on Sunday is soup day. Prepping freshly cooked soup on Sunday makes me feel good and happy. What ever left will be the soup for Monday lunch too.

Carrot 🥕 Potato 🥔 Lintel Soup with Chorizo

YOU NEED…….

800g Lentils

2tbsp Butter

2pcs. Carrot

small Celery

bunch of Parsley, chopped

1pc. Onion

1pc. Chorizo, sliced

1tbsp. Tomato Paste

1pc. Vegetable broth cube

5pcs. boiled Potatoes

some Salt to taste
