🇦🇹DIABETIC FRIENDLY CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE

Hubby brought this chicken wings the other day. I always have carrot 🥕 potatoes 🥔 and scallions in my pantry. Thinking what to cook 👩‍🍳 for today’s lunch. So this came in my mind a sort of soup but taste like Filipino „tinola“ but not. More vegetable than chicken wings, I just need the taste of chicken for the soup and vegetable. Ok just check this out now and have a try.🤣

Vegetable and chicken wings served with brown rice and banana 🍌

YOU NEED…….

500g Chicken wings, I Cooked without skin

3pcs. Carrot 🥕

3 stalks Scallions

5pcs. small Potatoes 🥔

1pc. Onion

Ginger, a thumb-sized

2tbsp. Chicken broth powder

2tbsp. Butter

Some water

Some Salt to adjust the taste
