Shrimp 🍤 balls, what I know about this is a Cantonese Dim Sum for us finger food, or could serve as appetizer. Today I integrate it with vegetable such as sponge gourd (Patola), carrot, ans chayote. Sometimes with Sotanghon (Glass noodle)

Vegetable and shrimp 🍤 balls


2tbsp. Olive oil

4 cloves Garlic

1pc. Carrot

2pcs. small Chayote

125g Shrimp 🍤

150g Shrimp balls

150ml Vegetable broth

1pc. medium-sized Sponge Gourd (Patola)

3 stalks Scallions

some salt to adjust the taste
