YOU NEED…….

4tbsp. Olive oil

a thumb-sized Ginger

3 cloves Garlic

2pcs. Bitter melon or gourd (Ampalaya)

a handful Ampalaya leaves(Bitter melon leaves)

300ml Coconut 🥥 milk

8pcs. Okra

225 g Shrimps 🦐

Salt to taste
