My orient burger


This Recipe yields for two persons.

300g minced Beef

2pcs. medium-sized Onion (I used 1 red for burger and 1 white for patties)

3 cloves Garlic

1tbsp. Tomatoe paste

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1tsp. Cumin powder

1tsp. Paprika

some Salt

some Olive oil

1/4 head Iceberg Lettuce

4tbsp. Yogurt 1.5% fat

2pcs. Burger buns
