Hubby’s merienda atm🤪 my eggplant 🍆 sticks for dipping I made sour cream with finely chopped garlic. But hubby prefers the bottled sweet chili 🌶 sauce.😏 A sort of Finger Food for us.

50g grated Gouda Cheese 🧀
Salt and Pepper to taste
Some Vegetable Oil for deep frying
For Sour Cream Dip…….
1cup Sour Cream
3 cloves finely chopped Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Optional bottled sweet chili 🌶 sauce
