„OBATZDA“ a Bavarian cheese spread which should not be missing at the Oktoberfest foodies. Oktoberfest-Feeling at Home.🏡 I made my own version of „OBATZDA“ served with Pretzel 🥨 or Brezel (for me Kornspitz), Weißwurst, sliced tomato 🍅 and sweet mustard for dipping. See picture above.
YOU NEED…….
• 125g Camenbert
• 2tbsp. Quark
• 1small Onion, finely chopped
• 1tbsp. Butter
• some Chive, chopped
• Sweet Paprika powder
• Salt 🧂 and Pepper to taste
