Uncomplicated, summery, yet refined. This is how Catfish fillet comes on the table today.

Because everyone knows how to eat happily, it does not need much. Just the right ingredients, a little culinary trick… and then a dish becomes a special treat. 🤗 Fish 🐟 and lemon 🍋 are absolutely winner combination. Catfish, „Hito“ in Tagalog very well known in the Philippines 🇵🇭 specially on the countryside. Here is a Recipe for you folks!

Yields 2 Persons


• 100g Radish

• 500g Potatoes

• 250g Catfish

• 1pc. Cucumber 🥒

• 1pc. Scallions

• 1pc. Lemon 🍋

• 10g Chive, chopped

• 10ml Mustard, mild not spicy 🌶

• 150ml Sour Cream

• 20ml Olive oil

• Salt 🧂 and Pepper to taste


For Dressing: Simply mix sour cream, olive oil about 2tbsp. mustard, lemon 🍋 and salt 🧂 and pepper to taste.

For salad: Mix all together boiled potatoes 🥔 cucumber 🥒 radish, chive and scallions.
