YOU NEED…….

β€’ 150g chicken πŸ” breast fillet

β€’ 2cups of rice 🍚

β€’ butter

β€’ garlic

β€’ scallions

β€’ ginger

β€’ fish 🐟 sauce

β€’ sea salt πŸ§‚

β€’ 100g pork belly

β€’ 6pcs. tempura

HOW TO…….

Here mor option for toppings:πŸ‘‡Here, just porridge πŸ₯£ no meat at all. Topped with “alamang” dried tiny shrimp 🦐 chive and toasted garlic.πŸ˜‹

Topped with “Danggit” a salted sundried rabbitfish or the so called spinefoot from Cebu, Philippines πŸ‡΅πŸ‡­ and toasted garlic.

And this topped with my beef adobo and onion rings.πŸ˜‹
