Tilapiafilet on Vegetable Curry 🍛

Fish 🐟 to curry 🍛? Sure, of course! Fish and seafood are a common ingredient in Indian or Thai curries. In today’s recipe is a tender tilapia fillet. You‘ll find out that this fits to a Curry, as soon as you take the first bite of the creamy curry, in which citrus taste fits perfectly with the golden brown-fried tilapia. Really colorful and delicious!😋


• 2pcs. Pak-Choi

• 400g small Potatoes 🥔

• 1pc. Carrot 🥕

• 1 clove Garlic

• 1 Scallions

• 1pc. Lime leaf 🍃

• 40g Tikka-Masala-Paste

• 250g Coconut 🥥 milk 🥛

• 250g Tilapia fillet

• 150ml Vegetable Broth

• some Olive oil

• Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking minced meat is always a basic. Heat a pan, add some butter or oil sauté garlic and onion add the mince cook until brown season with salt and that’s it.😅

Minced meat and Pork belly with Taro

This time I added pork belly, taro (gabi) and green peas. Plus Dollie sauce a mixture of sweet onion and bacon.🥓


• 300g minced meat

• 250g pork belly

• 2pcs. taro, peeled cut into cubes

• a handful green peas, I used frozen

• peeled tomato 🍅 in can

• 1tsp. chili 🌶

• Dollie sauce

• 5 cloves garlic

• 1pc. onion

• some salt to taste

• 1/2 a cup water to cook

• 1 Tuna in tomatoe sauce (in can)

• 1pc. Onion

• 1pc. Tomatoe 🍅

Butternut Squash

Autumn 🍂 is the season for Butternut Squash in Europe mostly in Germany 🇩🇪 and Austria. 🇦🇹 It has its origin in America, meanwhile it is also growing in the other places rather warm areas such as Spain 🇪🇸 or Southern Germany. 🇩🇪 How I wish to have this grown in our place, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. 🇵🇭 Maybe in the near future I will try it.

Exotic chicken and coconut curry 🍛 very easy to prepare. A touch of Asia on your plate, you only need two pots and the rice cooks almost by itself! The combination with tender chicken, creamy coconut milk and fresh vegetables makes for a strongly unique taste. A meal sensation without gluten and also high in protein and fiber.


Yields for 2 Persons

• 2pcs. Chicken 🐔 breast

• 1pc. Carrot 🥕

• 100g Rice

• 1pc. Cauliflower

• 1pc. Red Bell Pepper

• 1tsp. Yellow Curry Paste

• some Margarine, Butter or any Vegetable Oil

Because everyone knows how to eat happily, it does not need much. Just the right ingredients, a little culinary trick… and then a dish becomes a special treat. 🤗 Fish 🐟 and lemon 🍋 are absolutely winner combination. Catfish, „Hito“ in Tagalog very well known in the Philippines 🇵🇭 specially on the countryside. Here is a Recipe for you folks!

Yields 2 Persons


• 100g Radish

• 500g Potatoes

• 250g Catfish

• 1pc. Cucumber 🥒

• 1pc. Scallions

• 1pc. Lemon 🍋

• 10g Chive, chopped

• 10ml Mustard, mild not spicy 🌶

• 150ml Sour Cream

• 20ml Olive oil

• Salt 🧂 and Pepper to taste


For Dressing: Simply mix sour cream, olive oil about 2tbsp. mustard, lemon 🍋 and salt 🧂 and pepper to taste.

For salad: Mix all together boiled potatoes 🥔 cucumber 🥒 radish, chive and scallions.

I tell you frankly I am not satisfied with color of broccoli here it absorbed a lot from Soy sauce!

Served with Jasmine rice 🍚 ( not in picture) Meat is so tender but not too spicy 🌶 mild. Bring another Asian holiday mood on your plate and table! How it works? With a lot of spice and color. Therefore, our pork fillet today is wrapped in a spicy marinade of chili, ginger, garlic and lots of crisp vegetable such as broccoli 🥦 bush beans, carrot 🥕 and served with fragrant Jasmine rice.🍚 A combination that takes you in no time to Asian cuisine and also provides you with healthy, filling fiber. This Recipe yields two persons.


• 20g Ginger

• 4 cloves Garlic

• 1pc. Small red Chili 🌶

• 280g Pork fillet

• 1pc. Carrot 🥕

• 100g Bush beans

• 1 pc. small-sized Broccoli 🥦

• 20ml Soy sauce

• 20ml sweet Chili Sauce

• 2 tbsp. Olive oil

• 1/2tsp. Sugar

• 100ml water 💧 for sauce

• salt and pepper to taste

First marinate meat in ginger, garlic, chili 🌶 1/2tsp. sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil for about 15 minutes.
