The fungi town, Sweden 🇸🇪 is in the grip of the autumn mushroom 🍄 picking craze. Yes this mushroom comes from Sweden Dana my bff experienced the so called mushroom hunting.😅

YOU NEED…….

• some chanterelle mushroom 🍄

• 100g button mushroom 🍄

• 100g big bean

• some butter

• 250g chicken 🐔 breast fillet

• 3bcs. scallions

• chopped parsley

• 1 cup of milk 🥛

• salt 🧂 and pepper to taste
