β€’ 100g big bean

β€’ some butter

β€’ 250g chicken πŸ” breast fillet

β€’ 3bcs. scallions

β€’ chopped parsley

Misua with sardines and zucchini for the soup.πŸ₯£ I Ate more from this than dried fish. Being diabetic I always watch the intake of salty food, starchy food, sweets and sugar.

The best way to deal with food cravings is to try to prevent them by following a healthy eating plan that lets you occasionally fit.πŸ’ͺ🏽

Last Friday, our Friyay brekky (with daughter) toast with avocado πŸ₯‘ boiled egg πŸ₯š arugula and cherry πŸ’ tomatoes πŸ… yummy 🀀

Salmon head “sinigang” (sour soup) πŸ₯£ for Hubby’s dinner 🍽 I cooked πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ With lots of water spinach (kangkong).

We watched the movie 🍿 πŸŽ₯ “Hello Love Goodbye” relate much with the story occurring in reality drawn from actual situations mostly for Filipinos OFW.

* 800g lentils in can

* 100g red bean in can
